Looksmart Vertical Search Launches

Looksmart announced yesterday that it has relaunched as a Vertical Search Engine. Unveiling 161 new vertical search web sites spanning 12 different categories. Looksmart Press Release.

Google Backlink Update October 20, 2005

Looks like Google is updating backlinks. I’ve noticed an increase of backlinks on several different sites, as well as PageRank being assigned to new recently added web pages.

Google launches a new feed reader (requires a Google account). The Google Reader (Beta) helps you organize content that your interested in and manage rss feeds from news sites and blogs.
